From CBA to MBA
The Executive CBA is a program of it own and you will receive an official transcript and certificate when you have completed the program successfully. After completion of the Executive CBA program you can transfer credits and continue for a full MBA degree at the AASCB and EQUIS accredited MBA program at ESCEM School of Business and Management.
Profile of Participants
The profile of the participants is mid-level managers and functional experts. Most participants have more than five years of functional management experience and have a clear leadership potential. A group of bright minds with a diverse experience from different functions, industries, and cultures are usually represented in the CBA class. Participants with an academic education as well as self-taught managers will benefit from the program.
