What is an Agile Business Analyst?
Agile Business Analysts are Business Analysts who work with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and XP. These methodologies are rooted in adaptive planning, early delivery, and continuous improvement, all with the aim of being able to react to change quickly and easily.
Within the agile model, Business Analysts can act as a 'bridge' between developers and product stakeholders - translating business needs into user stories and prioritizing deliverables in the task list.
What does a Business Analyst do in Scrum?
In this approach, a single Business Analyst is responsible for maintaining the alignment of multiple Scrum teams. They ensure that the backlog items have clearly defined dependencies and that each team is aware of what the other team is working on.

Reviews
"The most convenient way to study and take exams. Good course, well developed. Good service from AVC support staff." Tim Hansson
"Good and effective :) online training. I liked the practical examples and exercises. Perfect to be able to apply for my job and pass my exam." Thomas Qvistgaard
"Solid training experience, well organized and thought out. Would recommend and would use AVC again." David Johnsson
"The training was very good. It is of course a must to read the whole manual and make sure you understand it, but the course was able to indicate to me where to focus more (the highlights per chapter). It was also nice that I could practice my knowledge on the sample test because it helped me understand the format of the test, where to focus and what knowledge gaps I had before taking the real test. I will say that I may have preferred it more than a classroom course because I was able to adjust my study time around my busy schedule." Maria, M (project manager)
