IT4IT™ 3 Foundation certification - online classroom (exam included)

The course aims to prepare participants for IT4IT 3 certification by The Open Group consortium. During this hands-on course, participants gain basic knowledge of the new industry standard including key concepts, IT value chain and IT4IT™ reference architecture. The IT4IT™ 3 Foundation (Level 1) course is accredited by The Open Group®.

Course Overview

The training is intended for those who work with the management and development of IT structures in the company. IT4IT™ Reference Architecture, version 3, is a standard from The Open Group that describes a reference architecture and a value chain-based operating model for managing IT operations. IT4IT™ uses the value chain approach to create a functional model implemented by IT. This framework identifies the key activities that IT must perform to contribute to the competitiveness of the company.

With IT4IT™ Reference Architecture, version 3, IT specialists will find the value chain framework and reference architecture that defines an integrated management framework focused on the service lifecycle. At the end of this practical online course, participants will acquire the relevant knowledge to obtain the IT4IT™ Foundation (Level 1) certification
