Managing Successful Programmes (MSP®) is a methodology that contains principles and processes for managing a program.

The program form is used to coordinate and control various projects, assignments and activities that together should contribute to the achievement of the program's impact goals. The course focuses on how program management can be used to enable the program to achieve its goals.

This course is designed for those who need a basic understanding of program management and MSP® (Managing Successful Programs). During the course, you will review the entire MSP® curriculum and prepare for the MSP® Foundation certification.

The aim is for you to become an informed member and collaborator of an MSP® program, in an environment that supports MSP®. Theory is interspersed with practical exercises to help you understand the principles and terminology of the method.

Duration of the course: approx. 18 hours

At the end of the course you will:

• Understand the seven principles, the nine governance themes and the six change streams
• Understand the purpose and responsibilities of all MSP® roles.
• Understand the relationship between principles, governance themes, change flows and roles in an MSP® program.
• Describe and be able to apply all aspects of the program's processes in accordance with the MSP® methodology.
• Understand how to start up and manage complex programs.
• Identify and control risks in a program.
• Monitor a program's objectives and be able to make the necessary adjustments to respond to changes in the program environment.
