Project Management Fundamentals
Project management is an incredibly powerful skill used in virtually every job, profession, and industry. Projects are the means by which organizations continually modify or launch their products and services, innovate, and implement change. With the rapid pace of change in today’s world, the need for project management is more critical than ever.
Project Management Fundamentals (PMF) is designed to support people who need a solid foundation in project management by offering practical skills, concepts, and guidelines that can be used immediately. To support learning and application, PMF is designed from a real-world perspective, and maximizes hands-on learning with a demonstration case study, a threaded team case study, individual practice, and class discussions.
