Develop well-being at work
The training inspires and gives ideas how to develop well-being at work together with personnel and management. The training will help you to form a common understanding of well-being at work. It also covers the roles and responsibilities of promoting well-being and increasing co-operation between the different parties at workplace.
In the training, we will find answers to the questions:
- What are the elements of well-being at work?
- What are the resources and development needs of the workplace?
- How to promote well-being at work through leadership and the work community itself?
- How to manage work loads and promote employees’ health and work ability?
- How does a good work community function?
The aim of training is to launch processes that promote well-being at work or give a new boost to continue development. So, the aim reaches further than just one day.

The training is meant for everybody interested in developing well-being at the workplace. It is suitable for supervisors as well as the entire personnel.
Aikataulu
The training consists of 3,5 hours self-learning (10.11.-23.11.) and 3,5 hours of webinar 28.11.
Costs
215,00 EUR + alv 24%.
Employers with fewer than 50 employees will receive a 20 per cent discount on participation fees. The participation fee will be invoiced after the training.
