PM Professional™ training program of Kumura is designed for project managers who already have basic knowledge and some experience of project management.

Topics covered during the training program are the framework and terminology of project management, methods for planning and monitoring the project throughout its lifecycle, and leadership in projects. During and after the in-class training sessions, participants practice the methods for their own, real case projects.

The training program and the exercises prepare participants for IPMA C certification.

This training program is aimed for R&D Project Managers, and it's recommended to participate by groups of at least three (3) project managers from the same company. Work groups can then focus on and develop project practices in their own environment and work on a common case project. 

This course can be organised to your team as a tailor-made course wherever in Finland you are. By tailoring the course it will contain the most crucial parts for your work and needs. 

The course can be organised in English or in Finnish.
